Wails

This is at hermanus. these are sea kayakers i bet you couldnt have guessed that on your own.

last saturday i went to Franshoek and we went to a Bridges of Hope school/farm thing. thats where i met some people who lived in portland and had brought Stumptown with them. then on sunday i went out to lunch to Gino's (not the one in sellwood) and had Caribbean pizza and that means bacon and bananas. really cool stuff. it was gross. on tuesday we went to the elementary school and saw the students attempt The Wizard of Oz. if you've been to a play starring 6-11 year olds you probably know what i saw. that day i also got a package in the mail from arlene and casey which was super exciting and it was full of snacks and protein filled peanuts that i need to load up on after my aerobics classes (which i take very seriously.) speaking of aerobics classes, on wednesday i went to one called Slide and it was so hilarious and we put these special socks on over our shoes and then slid back and forth across these slick mats. so good. going to the gym is full of good things. then on thursday i had my first german lesson! it went really well and i like the teacher person a lot and i learned enough that i feel almost fluent. we mostly covered numbers up to 20 (not including 12) and the difference between v and w.

on saturday (yesterday.) we went to Hermanus and saw whales! there were so many and they were really close to the coastline. but its like a rocky coast so its really deep and thats why they come so close. the black dots are the whales. yes, i used zoom. but still!!! visable with zoom still counts in my opinion.

Hey there -

Wow, I sent that package in August. Glad it got there before Christmas. :)

Wails...warry punny Margo. Is that a breeding pool or just a play ground on a migration trail?

Let me guess, you're in the red kayak. Just keep it up and you could canoe all the way to see me in Malibu. Beware- Pamela Anderson, Cher, and Pierce Brosnan will take the place of any whales. It's called outsourcing.
