the door you see is the door to my room and its the best. its actually the smallest bedroom i've ever seen in my life and i like it alot. also the first day i was here i put my feet in my shoes (common) and i felt something and took it out and was a little creeped cause there was a caterpillar there. this morning i put one foot in, fine, no problem. and then the second i put on and was like weird why is there a balled up sock at the bottom?? ok you already know it wasnt a balled up sock, i should have also. but it WAS a balled up sock size frog. in my shoe, in my bedroom. so officially keeping the door closed at night i dont care how hot it gets. and also officially checking my shoes every time.
also this is awesome! saturn, the moon, venus. or maybe venus, the moon, saturn. it doesnt really matter its 2 planets in line with our beautiful moon. WHICH by the way.. looks opposite here what it does for you guys? right? like mine is ( and yours is ) or something? but did you guys in america see this also? i thought it would last all night but duh margaret the moon moves. but this is amazing.
here is a cool thing that is actually from stellenbosch, but you dont care. there is a kilometer of trees with presents hanging from the branches. it looks amazing. fun job too, right?
by the way this house isnt a fake italian villa style house its up in the mountain which i guess some one in the family owns a part of so basically the family owns the whole mountain, and the one next to it? i think its like mountain/hill. huge hill. well actually i will stick with mountain. and also... they use solar cookers outside. they look like those satellite dishes people have attached to their houses, the big ones, with a big pot sitting in the middle cooking rice. kind of hilarious.
